Services at EOS Nursing

All of our services are grounded in a developmental trauma lens. We understand that many mental health symptoms are adaptive responses to lived experiences—not personal failures—and that with the right support, the brain and nervous system can change. EOS Nursing provides outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults through secure telehealth and limited in-home visits.

Telehealth Psychiatric Care

Virtual appointments for evaluation, medication management, and follow-up care, offered in a secure and convenient format.

Limited availability for in-home care when clinically appropriate, offering additional flexibility and support.
