Why EOS
The initials represent 'End of Shift,' which is also the name of my company—End of Shift Management Group, Inc. I chose this name because, during nursing school, I started a YouTube channel called 'End of Shift' to share insights about nursing life as a student and beyond.
The concept behind the name was rooted in my dream to leave shift work behind, to become my own boss, and to serve my community in a way that isn’t limited by time or hospital settings. I am truly a community nurse at heart.
Even after my shifts end, I feel that I don’t stop being a nurse because nursing is an integral part of who I am—it's not just a job, but a calling. This journey has been driven by a deep passion to heal, serve, and make a difference in people's lives.
EOS represents that moment when the shift ends, and the heart of the work continues — the part that is relational, human, and rooted in care. It's the space where “being a nurse” becomes less about a workplace, and more about a way of being present with people in their lives.
EOS Nursing exists because healing doesn’t end when the shift does.
